Refund policy
Returns
We want you to enjoy your purchase. If for any reason you are not in love with your items, you have 30 days after receiving your order to process a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, email us at support@inkandlead.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- Items you wish to return
- Reason for your return
If your return is accepted, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), along with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items must be sent back within 14 days of the RMA. Items sent back to us without an RMA will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less the original shipping cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
